You can find out if you are at risk by taking a simple and painless test to measure bone loss. Ridgefield Parks & Recreation in collaboration with Physicians Health & Injury Center is offering a Bone Density Screening. This event is part of the Wellness Education Series and is free for Recreation Center members and $10 for non-members.
