In this informative workshop, you will learn the one thing that all chronic and lifestyle diseases have in common, inflammation. Dr. Mascetta DC, CCSP will describe specifically what inflammation is, the conditions that it creates, and what foods and activities increase harmful inflammation within your body. He will present the types of foods that are inflammatory and should be avoided, as well as the foods that help reduce inflammation. He will review practical lifestyle techniques to help reduce the inflammation in your body to improve your overall health and well-being.
