Fresh Start/Small Group Personal Training for Beginners (ages 16+)

Make a fresh start with our class for people who are new to exercising, recovering from an injury or returning after a long time off.  We will work on increasing stability by strengthening the core, doing balance exercises and light resistance training using a variety of equipment including free weights, bars, bands, steps and bosus.



Session I: March 6 – March 29
Monday and Wednesday 11:30-12:30 pm
$202 members, $262 non-members (8 classes)


Session II: March 29 – April 28 (no class 4/12, 4/14)
Session III: May 3 – May 26
Session IV: May 31 – June 23

Wednesday 11:30-12:30 pm and Friday 10:30-11:30 am
$202 members, $262 non-members (8 classes)
