Project Outreach (ages 13-15)

This program for young teens will expose them to a wide variety of exciting, challenging, and enriching activities that will strengthen their leadership and teamwork skills.  With guidance from team leaders, each student will take the initiative to plan, organize, and run at least one community service project that will be completed at the end of the two-week session.  In addition to the project, students will plan and lead activities for children in our Adventure Day Camp.  During each session, teens will gain experience with volunteering in a variety of settings, have a team building day at Martin Park Beach, and will join our day camp on a field trip.  This is a great way for your teen to give back to the community, become prepared for future employment, and have fun!  Students are asked to bring a bathing suit, towel, and lunch with them each day.  A Community Service Contract and trip permission slip must be reviewed and signed by both parent and participant.

PARENTS PLEASE NOTE: THIS PROGRAM REQUIRES A CERTAIN LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY AND MATURITY ON THE PART OF THE CAMPER.
