Free Winter Sky Lore (grades 3-8 with an adult) - Must RSVP

The RHS Astronomy Club will present a winter season sky show in their portable StarLab planetarium.  Participants will learn about the stars and constellations of the winter and spring seasons.  They will learn to identify bright stars and constellations visible on clear evenings in Ridgefield, and how various cultures have used constellations as a way to share stories and myths across generations.  The evening will include telescopic viewing of the moon and planets (weather permitting).  

Note: Presentation content is the same for each session. Please only register for one day.

This is not a drop-off program.  All students must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver.
